Trash on Virgil
An example of why the lack of trash cans is a problem on Virgil...taken at Virgil and Santa Monica. When there are no trash cans for 6 blocks, the only trash can fills up until people simply start dumping their trash on the street...this is the only trash can betwen Virigil/Santa Monica and Virgil/Melrose

You had to walk a whole six blocks with your intelligencia coffee cup...and when you finally found a trashcan it was full!
